Down the rabbit hole..

Used to be Interested in the world of IB. Finance broadly. Realised that it wasn't for me. 2 tumultuous years at Bocconi (where I discovered I didn't like maths, or app. Maths or stats) and a SA role in a MM M&A boutique where one of my associates said "you're too nice for the job and honestly speaking - I'd get out while I still can". Admittedly the open bar probably helped his honesty. Spent a year working casually and find myself looking at Southampton to study history. I like history as a subject (undergrad). I find myself rather glum and ashamed of not going to a better uni, esp. having attended one with prestige. Any oogways here willing to offer advice or words of wisdom?
