Bump - interested
Have heard a lot of people say they had positive results with this but haven’t used

Personally, I have never tried curology. However, I’m a dude who used to have terrible cystic acne which has 95% subsided by using 5 products, all from CeraVe.
Morning and night I’ll use a cleanser. In the morning, I’ll use Vitamin C and a moisturizer with SPF. At night, a retinol serum with PM moisturizer.
It’s pretty affordable compared to other brands/products. Highly recommend.
Will echo this, especially the Cerave cleansers. I tried curology but didn't really work for me. Learned about skincare and just suck with a pretty simple routine, seen huge improvements over the years.
You're better off i) just trying a skincare routine on your own and then ii) going to a dermatologist if you have specific concerns like acne, they can give you prescription topicals or more powerful stuff if needed. Curology is really expensive for not much benefit.
For most guys, using a basic quality cleanser every night and a light moisturizer is plenty. Don't let Curology take your money on things that can be bought for 1/5 of the price at CVS. CeraVe is a popular cleanser, just buy a few and see what your skin likes. If you search men's skincare on Reddit they will happily give you a basic routine to try out.
I tried PROVEN a year ago and it just fucked up my skin
I just slather lots of aloe Vera on my face. Not a joke. Simple.
They say curology is a good skincare formula that's customized for people, and seems like most found it effective for better skincare
It probably works better for some than others, but wondering what the difference is between this and going to a dermatologist however
I use Curology and it has been a game changer.
i still dealt with acne scarring and apparently that’s a long term treatment with Curology but I don’t get any acne or pimples on my face (haven’t since I started using). My before & afters are crazy. I just did a cycle of testosterone and did not get a single pimple on my face.
Just know you become reliant, that’s my only concern.
How long does it take before seeing fewer flare up’s and such?
I think it took me about 2-4 months before seeing some progress. But I had to change my formula to add slightly stronger Tretinoin. After that, it happened pretty quickly.
Go see a dermatologist to get real prescriptions covered by your insurance
I've never used Curology. All I'll say is that for improving my hair and skin, the absolute game-changers for me have been:
1. Micro-dosing topical finasteride for hair
2. Tretinoin for the face
I don't do anything fancy for my skincare. Simply applying a pea-sized amount of tret on my face and a moisturizer with SPF protection in the morning has cleared up my skin a shit ton. This is also a super affordable stack without requiring any fancy subscription services or requiring 20 minutes every day to apply all sorts of toners/layers or whatever the hell it is to my skin. I'm a big believer in 80-20 for most things in life and I think those 2 prescriptions I mentioned above will get you most of the way there.
So you wear sunscreen every day? Doesn't that clog pores
Idk that much about skincare. Even if it does, I'll take that over skin cancer any day. Plus, you need SPF protection if you're taking Tret. Your dermatologist will even say that
I’ve had a positive experience with Curology - I found it more helpful than some of the topical creams from the dermatologist
