BP Energy Trading vs. BB S&T

I am interested in a career as a trader. My conundrum is as follows: I have an internship offer from BP's Chicago IST program (an FT offer would put me in their TDP program) and potential offers from GS and CS S&T.

I am looking for someone to shed light on the different exit opps, compensation, lifestyle, etc. between BP energy trading and BB S&T.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
