What are my chances of breaking into ER?

ER is what I want to do when I graduate college. I’m not too interested in investment banking, but if I get an offer, that’ll be great nonetheless. I’ve had a lot of luck networking via LinkedIn with equity research associates at BBs, and WF. What do you fancy my chances are? Here’s my resume:

University (non-target): Business Management Major with a double specialization in Finance and Accounting.

Cumulative GPA: 3.30 (Major 3.80)

Experience: 9 months at EY M&A

I’ve done some serious networking over the last 4-5 months and spoke with many analysts, a couple of them even offered referrals on the spot, but I’m not ready to apply yet.

What do you guys think?
