How little do recruiters care about unrelated work experience?
I was at a networking event the other day and was surprised how narrowly the recruiter seemed to care about resume experience. I was under the impression it is important to appear well rounded and show qualities like leadership on your resume and am finding this a tough pill to swallow. For background I am sophomore with decent banking internship summer 23 and currently trying to recruit 24. My question is should I take my many previous minimum wage jobs off my resume entirely? (they are already barely on there). I worry I don't have enough directly relevant experience to differentiate myself otherwise.
