Feeling Stuck

Background - 2+ years of experience in middle market sector agnostic private equity firm in an emerging market, Recently switched job as an analyst in sector specialized healthcare fund - I joined this firm to have brand name on resume as I come from non-target background

Problem - I have a feeling that my new team doesn't care about my career development. I feel this because I am not involved in management meetings (which is norm), not allowed to communicate externally, given only excel and ppt related work and not included in team activities. I feel there are lot of VPs here and they don't let anyone take initiative, take meaty stuff for themselves and micro-manage.

Goal - To have PE track role/MBA from M7

Question - Should I switch the job 4-6 months into a new job? How to deal with current situation?
