What to do next?

In an An1 at a MM bank in Chicago. I don’t work too much (~60 hrs a week) but I hate the aspect of always being on call and having to drop everything on a Sunday to update a footnote.

What should I do next? Should I try to go A2A because the hours aren’t too bad? Go into LMM PE or family office? Corp dev? I’m okay with a pay cut but don’t want it to be >50% of my comp.

Any ideas?
