Also - does WF send out hirevues to everyone?
Just completed the hirevue (it's a modernhire but same thing) for CRE. They sent out a preference form a few weeks back but the link was broken and they just sent a new one out today. I assume everyone got both automatically unless I'm wrong. Not too much chatter/data about WF SA 2025 rn.
i believe hirevues are selective after speaking with HR, not sure what's the process after that

Not sure about timeline, but it seems that most people who are doing the r1 and SPD right now are target and/or diversity. I was told it would be done in waves based on when you applied and stuff.
