Should I leave no-name boutique?

Hello fellow monkeys,
I am based in Europe, currently studying at university, and I started as an intern at a no-name middle market boutique at the start of June, and told them I would stay here until december. However, my contract ends in August because of bureaucracy (it would be renewed). I thought I would love it, but I find myself extremely bored and with a dead brain.
Thinking whether I should talk with them, and leave by the end of August, and go to some other place more stimulating (In talks with some debt funds), or keep on going till December (I will probably end up depressed).
It is a pretty small place and I dont thik it will ruin my reputation, however Im not sure whehter BBs or PEs will call to see how I did during this internship.

Plz help.
