Raymond James Comp Info
Hey everyone,
I was wondering what comp is like at Raymond James and whether it's dependent on location (St. Pete, ATL, NYC, Boston, etc.). I saw they raised An1 base to $105,000, but how are their bonuses compared to BBs and other MMs? What can a first year analyst expect to take home in terms of total comp?
Following!
Not location or group dependent for base. AN2 is $110K, AN3 is $125K (not sure if they'll bump this again to keep up) as of 10/1/2021. Bonus ~80-100% of base
Where'd you get bonus info, and is bonus for An1 also 80-100% of base?
It’s a guess based on past years. If your bank has a bad year bonuses will be lower or will be 0
Have RJ An1 bonuses really been that high in prior years? That's very impressive.
Past 3 years yes, in 2021 they also paid out 20K retention bonuses and another 10K for a total of 30K in '21 if you met certain employment criteria in addition to your bonus.
Check RJ advisory revenues (actually not sure if public), will substantiate comp
Any reason why these bonuses are much higher than what's on the WSO salary database? Also, are the bonuses relatively the same across location?
Not a guess
