Questions About BofA Securitized Products

I'm hoping to get some more color on what the culture and team looks like and any help is appreciated.

  1. What are the general hours like?
  2. How is full-time comp bonus-wise?
  3. Is the MBS or ABS business better/stronger?
  4. What do typical exits look like? I don't want to pigeonhole myself into securitization forever so trying to keep broad exposure.
  5. How open is the team to transferring internally? For example if I become more interested in other areas of S&T or banking/structuring, etc.
  6. Any weekend work?
  7. How do the MD's treat the juniors? How often are team socials/outings? How's junior culture?
