Passing along a tip
I was talking to someone at a BB and he recommended that I slim down my activities on my resume and focus on what I was involved in for a select few. He said since analysts pick the resumes that get interviews, they want people they will be able to work 100+ hours with. Stuff that shows growth, mentoring, strong team member etc...
Thought it was especially interesting because I realized that everyone applying probably also has high test scores, high GPA and good work experience. I had no real way to say "I'm a team player at 1:00 am".
Thought this was a very good tip and just passing it along.
Everyone agree?
What do you (analysts) look for in activities?
