never interview for lenox advisors! misleading and terrible company!
Just interviewed for some shitter tier wealth management fund just for the experience (already have an offer lined up). On handshake, it said 75k to 100k salary, and during the interview he keeps talking about how there are "1000 applicants for 10 spots" and what makes you think you're qualified. And towards the end of the interview, he says they pay 24 FUCKING THOUSAND DOLLARS and the rest is essentially on commission. "you work 10x for the amount of pay you get, but in 4 years you get 10x the pay. This was also IN PERSON IN LOS ANGELES. he asked me if i was still interested and i said no and i hung up the call. dogshit company and not worth it.
