Would avoid healthcare - toxic work environment and their analysts don't place well in PE as the deal flow is really not great. If you want to be on the 29th floor I'd go with UK TMT or UK M&A :). Consumer is not great either.

HC is JP's strongest group. It's tough but that is because of the absurdly good deal flow.

I don't know where you get your information from. TMT and UK M&A are good though

I imagine that consumer could be rather lucrative if your web analytics skills are fine tuned, with e-commerce there is a great deal of volatility and new names on shelves drawing on the sales of dated brands

yeah agreeing with above consumer bit meh relative to others. unsure about RE. but tbh every team at JPM will set you up nicely for whatever.

but worth mentioning that C&R did have v low conversion rate this summer. not sure why.

Bump - any insight on DI team? Also, anyone in the know can explain the dynamic between UK and EMEA Teams at JPM, bit vague from reading posts...
