Honestly corporate banking is shit. Braindead work and most of the personnel there are mentally subnormal. Worked alongside them sometimes.

I was in M&A or "Advisory" as its known there.

As others said, in IBD (or AIBC as its known for non ECM / LAF etc) for analyst its 60-65-70 base. Then AS is 105-120-135 base.
