How do banks offer internship spots if their are multiple super days?

Interviewed with an investment bank last thursday for a superday and still haven't heard back but I noticed that their wasn't just one superday but multiple (Some people had superdays last Thursday, Friday) and this week some people had superdays on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Do banks usually make immediate decisions after Superday or they wait until all super days are done to make a decision?

Got two offers while I was recruiting and both had different processes. First offer was a few hours after my superday so the earlier you interviewed the better. The second offer was after all superdays were completed. I think the former is the standard but both are definitely possible
