Hello everyone

Hi everyone,

Almost +16years IB, AM in London and abroad, but still never developed thick skin about double standards and intentional discrimination.

I love "unsecured" single process expert colleagues, who as common practice shows will always defend their position blocking more skilled colleagues from promotion.

If IB (still believe this title is reserved for IBD mostly) against common knowledge was so selective, why than there are so many of them (including S&T) weak process administrators, people having nothing to do with #banking or #highfinance, not even interested anything beyond their narrow delivery function, but lads who defend their grades at all costs.

Well rounded leader is always sb having deep technical knowledge like FCA supported by easy to done MBA for staff management.
