Don't worry about him. Most underperforming analysts hate their jobs and use trolling as a sort of release.

I-Banks tend to have their target schools that they like to recruit from. IMHO, these targets may have more to do with nepotism than the quality of the school. (Michigan has one of the country's best MBA programs and graduates a large number of MBAs, but gets roughly 1/3 as many people into I-Banks as many Ivy League schools.)

If you're looking for a good place to get an MBA that'll get you into I-Banking, I'd humbly suggest Columbia, NYU, or maybe Wharton. Naturally, Wharton benefits from having an overwhelming presence at most I-Banks. The advantage of Columbia and NYU, however, is that they're schools in Manhattan with top-notch MBA programs. Many of your classes will be filled with people who already work at I-Banks, which will make networking a breeze.
