DJ DSOL Dictator?

So after the incredible Marcus failure, green sky failure, destroyed GS brand, and partners (and tons of employees / alumns) up in arms over how DJ DSOL has destroyed Goldman — now he’s doing another round of layoffs, specifically towards MDs to silence frustration — then he taps followers to his board to again to “gain support” (aka anything to silence frustration more).

All while he’s flying around Davos and all across the world DJing and buying corporate jets, and straight up wasting time.

At what point does this guy get fired??? It’s clearly a one man show — all about him.

On top of that, GS can no longer attract the best of the best: too many top candidates go to EBs / start ups / etc. because Goldman just isn’t what it used to be even a couple years ago.
