Devon Park Turnover?

This group has done some bigger deals and they have staff with a good pedigree but I can't understand why the turnover is so high? Do they have a model where the base is really low and it's a kill what you eat mentality? Or is it Florida?

Who else left? Have heard the head of the group is not the best to work for so likely tied to that.

On an industry comment, I think the independent boutique model is likely a dying breed. There’s real synergies / cross selling opportunities in fully integrated primary / secondary / M&A platform and I think most are moving this direction. So to have a platform that’s exclusively focused on GP-leds really misses out on that.
