BMO, Stifel, or KippsDesanto 2025 SA?

Hi, I recently received three offers for 2025 SA positions. Stifel is Industrials in Baltimore, KippsDesanto is ADG in Tysons Corner, and BMO is Generalist in NYC. Would greatly appreciate any insight you guys might have. Just want the best possible launching point with solid exits.

Would have to say BMO NYC is the clear standout here...unless you have an aversion to NYC. BMO has the best rep out of the three. Had a buddy work at the Stifel Baltimore office and got his phone snatched will standing outside the office building lmao.

thank you, I just don't know how BMO returns there interns, I don't wanna be stranded and have to re-recruit full time. LOL Bmore is sketchy asf. What about solomon partners? I have an interview there but haven't taken it seriously.

what puts solomon above BMO in your opinoin

Depends on the group but Solomon gets some sizable deals and you'd get lots of M&A reps. BMO is stronger in Canada than they are in the US. I don't think you can go massively wrong between the two though.

BMO and Stifel are pretty similar in general but since BMO is NY I would go with that. Only upside of Stifel is that you'll get more M&A exposure
