Back office full-time role at BB or pursue Masters, need advice!

I currently have a BO (audit) full-time offer at BB but have been trying to get into FO positions with no luck yet. The base salary is good, not much different from FO positions in my region and company, but the role is a bit mundane. I'm considering a couple of options now,

  1. Take the offer, stay at the position for two years (become an associate), and network my way into the roles that I want

  2. Do a master's program to apply again to BBs and try to get what I truly want

  3. Any other alternatives?
