st. louis?
Hey everyone. I got an interview for an internship this fall at a shop here in St. Louis that I really have no clue about. Anybody heard of Apollo Capital Management? I've tried looking them up, but only get the PE firm (which I don't think this is related to).
The job posting says its a hedge fund "administration" firm that performs daily valuation for a fund of funds. Does this mean it's not a hedge fund, but rather just a middleman group? Either way it's probably a good internship for me to get some experience, but I'd like to sound at least a little knowledgeable in the interview, and up to this point haven't really done any research on hedge funds.
Thanks for any help.
Well it's secretive so that's a good thing Bro. Remember by them displaying secrecy. They are likely to be highly confidential and just know you are stepping into a platform that wants you the same way. As far as the experience i think it will be really good why you ask? because where were you before?
Just make sure to ask a lot of questions in the interview so you can make a good decision.
the internship seems relevant , go for it.
