I received an invite for a DE Shaw Connect Program in NY. They said full reimbursement for travel and my stay, but this feels a little suspicious. I'm just a sophomore with very minimal experience, and my travel would be substantial. Is this an actual program?

I went last year, it is as good as it seems. Free travel, free hotel, free food accommodations. Would recommend. Recruiter said they found individuals to invite through looking at LinkedIn profiles and their connections at the University, Prof. Recommendations, and applicants for roles at DE.
