Compensation at Long Only Fund

I wanted to gauge what the compensation would be like at a long only fund. I couldn't find information anywhere for this particular fund, but I'll say that they do hire undergrad on occasion. I have a little over a year of experience at a non-Asset Management finance role at an institution that would be considered prestigious, but not a traditional bank. Internship experience in the alternative investment space.

The fund is located in Asia with an AUM of ~5Billion USD--15 to 20 Analysts and sector specific. The fee structure is a bit unique as well. My compensation was in the $65-75k range in total and I should come up with a number soon when the question pops up. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks!

x-post from reddit from today even

"i work at a long only shop, about $1B under management. i'm the junior guy here, my comp is mid 100k's. the two senior analysts make mid 300k's. bonus adds to that, and is really dependent on our performance relative to our benchmark."

If we wanted data from Reddit, we would be on Reddit and not WSO, gtfo of here with your weak anecdotal evidence

Yeah the reason WSO is so popular is because all statements made here are given by experts, with statistically significant sample sizes and cited sources. Who would ever take advice from an anonymous internet website like Reddit?
