Big 4 MM - Snr Associate vs Analyst - how much does this matter?

Have around ~7yrs working experience, a bit unconventional as I moved from IBD to ER, while sector kept the same.

Been looking to move to a Big 4 MM and they are offering a Snr Associate position - based on a quick search it seems folks in this bucket are usually <3-4yrs of IBD/ER experience.

I am usually not one to be overly obsessed with internal titles, but is this something worth negotiating on? Tbh is there such a dramatic difference in Snr Associate vs Analyst that they would ding down my relevant working experience bc I didn't do direct investing?
