Best source for non bias market information
Where do you guys draw market info from? I usually listen to Bloomberg open/close but feel like they only focus on 3 or so sectors. I want somewhere where I can find non bias information daily that has things like market recaps and why stocks are moving the way they do, any help?
FT is pretty nice
If you really want non bias make some standards templates or models and plug in IMF data / World Bank data to do your own analyses
Otherwise tough luck most articles will give some basic quant info so ignore their analysis and make your own
This doesn't exist.
Journalists make their living creating stories and narratives. It's against their nature to admit nobody knows why the market moved in such a way on a particular day.
Working in the markets requires being comfortable with ambiguity and with the fact that there are no obvious answers for a lot of the things happenning out there.
Sell side sector specialists can be a little more helpful, laying out possible explanations for moves and flagging situations where everyone is scratching their head where at least you realize you're not alone.
"This doesn't exist" - hit the nail on the head
