Quick question on what to wear- Hotel Meeting

I am an undergrad and have an info interview with an alumni who's involved with RE and we are meeting inside a very nice hotel in NYC, specifically the "gold room". I am not sure if this calls for a suit or like a blazer and khaki situation.

Any advice here is very helpful

See how you wrote informational interview? See how you said at a fancy hotel? See how a senior person at a firm you're interested in is taking time out of his day to meet a measly undergrad? Show some respect. You asking just makes it look like you're more concerned with being casual than making the best impression.
