Dying hair black

For some background: I work on the West Coast (not banking), dress code is on the more casual side of business casual (collared shirt, pants, professional-looking sneakers ok). Management is on the older side, I already stick out because I have much longer hair than most. I'm a first-year analyst.

I've been thinking of dying my hair black (currently brown/dirty blonde) - I think it would definitely improve my looks - but I'm scared that it would be frowned upon at the firm. Obviously, I'm not bleaching my hair and it's not like a client would be able to tell - but don't want to do something hasty.

What do you think? Should I err on the side of caution or go for it?

Do it, own it, and fuck whoever gives you Shit. It’s not like they can fire you for it, and at the end of the day it’s your life and your body.

If you wanna dye your hair black, do it! As long as it’s not blue, pink, green, etc (SJW / Libtard colors)
