Boots for Commuting to the Office

I'm a first-year analyst that is new to the cold and I'm looking for suggestions for good winter boots for commuting in NYC. Preferably, I'll be able to commute with them and then still wear them around the office. Bonus if they can be dressed down a bit on the weekends. Thanks!
