ER Exits Comp

Hello, I am looking to do a 2 year stint in ER, and potentially continue to develop my skill set as a stock picker afterwards.

I’ve seen a good amount of estimates in the $100k-$150k base range for the first 2 years of ER, with a 25-50% bonus, but I was wondering what comes next. Is there a general range for buy side analysts who moved from SS ER to AM/HF after 2 years? I understand that there may be more variance, which is why I am not seeing as many comp threads/typical estimates floating around.

Would anyone who has made this jump be open to sharing the differences?
