Latest Comp for DL Firms

Im curious to know the expected comp for an associate position at the top DL shops (Ares/Antares/Golub). Is 300k all in on the lower side or is it accurate given the decrease in deal activity? Read a lot of previous posts and seen number ranging from 300k - 350kish all in. I'm just trying to get a better understanding on what would be appropriate compensation. Would also really appreciate a base/bonus breakdown for the salaries.

Not in PC so take this with a grain of salt but that feels high (could be wrong). That cash comp is in line or higher than many UMM PE firms.

Large direct lending firms are really lean and deploy capital like no one else. So for juniors not surprised to hear an upper end of 300. I cleared 200 as an A1.
