Full-time conversion PE Internship

Dear monkeys,

I got that sweet internship opportunity at a umm pe fund in central europe. I know that this funds recruits full-time Analyst from its Internship program and would really want to make it.
What behaviours, actions, etc. would you recommend to get it?
What do you value in an intern?
How did you come to your position? If you also converted an Internship, what have you done?
I would also be curious about other opportunities to prepare myself (e.g. trough books- already read kings of capital, what it takes, private equity playbook, masters of private equity as well as investment banking from Rosenbaum/pearl).

Some background to me: multiple internships in investment banking and attached fields and currently enrolled in a combined economics and stem masters degree.

Looking forward to your recommendations!
