1. Initial phone interview with mostly basic personal questions about experience and goals
2. Research assignment - given company to research and 2 weeks to submit report, including company overview, industry analysis, financial statement analysis and DCF valuation
3. In-person interviews - 3 back-to-back interviews with pairs of PMs and CEO; they asked mostly about the research report, including justification for assumptions and valuation inputs, intelligent guesses on events that impacted past stock performance, etc.
