Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and was contacted over the following week by the leading HR person at the time to inform me I had a first round interview. First round interview was all behavioral with one technical question with a first year analyst. Notified a few days after that I had advanced to the second round. Second round interview was with an associate and was all technical questions ranging from advanced accounting, enterprise/ equity value, DCF, some LBO questions and one math question. Immediately notified an hour later that I advanced to the super day. The super day consisted of 3, 30 minute interviews with 2 on 1s. Received the offer a few days after Superday. Two months now before starting, have to complete wsp courses and exams with the excel exam being a separate company based exam, NOT THE ORIGINAL WSP EXCEL CRASH COURSE EXAM.
