Non-finance jobs on resume?

I’m wondering what other jobs people are working during university/college and if anyone else adds non-finance related jobs to their resumes for investment banking?

If so, how do you quantify what you are doing without sounding stupid/detracting from actual experience in resume?

For context I work as a cleaner 30+ hours a week because the pay is good and hours are good but provides very soft bullets in resumes.

I think if you are starting out and are lacking leadership/professional experiences than listing alternative jobs can totally work. Please put effort into your bullet points, PLEASE do not put down "worked 30+ hours/week cleaning". If you are interacting with customers say how you improved your customer service skills, worked under pressure, lead a team, improved operational inefficiencies, etc. Just be creative, there are so many applicable skills you can actually pick up in the service industry.
