  • You have way too many bullet points in your LMM Analyst role. I get it’s the most relevant but some of these can be axed (like the first bullet). This section should also be in present tense not past and there’s no result in a lot of your bullets so I’d adjust accordingly
  • Reformat your select deal experience. You should have 1-2 bullets for each. Listing deals on your rez with no context isn’t going to provide much context to recruiters / hiring managers
  • I would decrease your spacing between sections a tad it seems like too much
  • Technical proficiencies need to be improved. Excel and PPT are good but I’d remove SQL and PowerBI and add more relevant skills. You could also retitle to technical skills or just skills
  • Ditch professional in professional experience
  • Don’t have one word overhangs
  • Your interests are good

Also, the lateral market is very competitive which is probably helping add to the low interview rate

Very first bullet point doesn’t make sense. Is this from the censorship or is this actually how it reads?

Get rid of the additional info section. Office proficiency should be a given, and you don’t need to put interests on your resume. As time goes on you’ll want to free up space on your resume anyway.

if your most recent work experience is ongoing like it says, then the bullet points should be in the present tense.
