How much more marketable (i.e. salary increase/hiring process) is having an Argus Certification versus not having one?

Hello, I am a college student graduating with both High Finance and Real Estate internship experiences, but I can't seem to land a full-time role. I would love to crack into a Capital Markets/REPE role, however, my understanding is that Argus is the pinnacle of modeling for acquisitions and capital markets roles in CRE. My question is, how valuable to potential firms and funds is an Argus Certification? How much more could I receive in comp?

The certificate isn't the important part. Knowing how to use Argus well is very important. If you don't know how to use it, then getting certified is the right step
