Citadel Traders: Serious?
Raising finance for two of our skyscrapers that are about to be shovel ready. I structured loan notes at 15% fixed pa for private investors. With that return all is well naturally, barely anything left for the raise. But, and this has been irking me, I did have this one guy at citadel tell me he’s getting 30% pa on his own stock picks. Citadel doesn’t even beat the S&P does it? Is this guy a jerk off or am I missing something? How do I give this guy my money to invest with?
