Which EU countries are more welcoming to English-speaking immigrants? Making a list to do internships/FT roles after Masters

Hey guys!

I'm an ex-FAANG Operations Analyst from India. I recently got admission to ESCP Business School's Master in Management - Grande Ecole Programme. I will be commencing my studies in Paris. After getting rejected from some of the most popular MiM programs in the UK, I decided to settle for France. I mainly chose ESCP because of its presence in London (ESCP has a London Campus). However, hearing all the bullshit the UK is going through right now, I'm trying to find a plan B.
I wanna get into consulting/finance roles after finishing my Masters. ESCP is well-known in France. However, it is highly unlikely that I will be fluent in French by the time I graduate. And this is gonna be a huge pain in the ass during recruitment. That's why I'm looking to move to other countries in the EU to find internships/FT roles. I would be extremely grateful if you could address the following concerns:

Is it sensible for me to look for internships/FT roles in Dubai, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, and Denmark? Which other countries can I add to this list?

Is ESCP recognized as a target in the countries above (the programme is ranked #4 in the Financial Times Ranking)?

Would doing an exchange in one of the above countries would justify my desire to work in that particular country? Wouldn't internships be enough? Doing an exchange is kind of an expensive affair.

Which roles besides pure MC/IB should I look for in consulting firms or investment banks while searching for internships/FT roles? I'm trying to avoid the language barrier requirements as much as I can.

My primary objective is to settle my student loan. After that, I would like to immigrate somewhere in the EU. I truly appreciate you taking the time to read this.

P.S.: I don't mean to offend anyone in the EU region by not trying to learn the language. I will try to learn French to the best of my abilities. Then again, it's unrealistic for someone from India to reach the C1 level by the time I graduate. Factoring student loans into that, it gets significantly worse. So, I am searching for these options purely from a professional point of view. Hope you understand. Thanks.
