How to go about removing my resume from a head hunter’s database?

I recently got a call from Alexander Chapman for an MD position as a current student. Read a little more about them and (unsurprisingly) they have a horrible reputation. I’m considering attempting to remove my resume from their database because it seems like they’re just gonna pass my resume around randomly, and I’d rather not have them represent me.

I’d like to ask you guys:

  1. Does it matter enough for me to do this? Would them applying to jobs with my resume hurt future opportunities when I actually intentionally apply?
  2. Are there any negative effects of trying to distance myself from them?
  3. How should I go about it if it’s even possible?
