Do I tell HR my grad date changed?

I'm about to start a summer internship in a Big 4, but my graduation date has changed due to class registration issues. Originally it was May 2025, but it has since been pushed back a semester to December 2025. I'd imagine I'd be unable to receive a full-time return offer, but I'm worried about getting my internship offer pulled at the last minute if I tell them. Should I work my internship through the summer and tell them at the end? Or would I be better off telling them soon before the start date (start of June).
