Citadel first round interview...anyone been through it?

What should I expect? It's a 1 hour interview on campus. I go to a target, but I have no real quant background....any thoughts?..thanks

Question about an odd VC firm...

Advanced Equities? .... Has anyone heard of these guys? What is their rep/notoriety in the industry? They are a VC firm, and they told me that I would have to do an unpaid internship for nearly 3-4 months..and then decide to bring me full time.... in time for when I graduate... . I'm wary because

a) the VP and the other guy who interviewed me both came from very non-target backgrounds/and both came off as very unintelligent
b) They spoke about "bringing me on" so that I could get my "broker licenses....63...etc."...the guy even mentioned how a lot of what he does is cold calling at times.. (it sounded like a straight up stockbroker position...)
c) How could getting into VC be this easy?..I thought VC was an ultra competitive field to get into....

It just seems that the number of traders who make good money under 30(300k+) seem to be very far and in between vs. banking where virtually everyone who sticks it out (into their late 20's..)...is almost guaranteed good money (once again 300k+)

I feel that a lot of people who try to get into trading (still in college) have this belief that the profession is showered with golden trees of money, when in reality its a volatile field, and the ones who make tons of money are the outstanding few. I could totally be wrong...am i? comments appreciated

Ok so... I've never had a real girlfriend/never had any feelings for anyone... and all I do/all i want to do relationship wise.. is just have sex with girls...I've been like this forever...and I'm in my early 20's... is it possible to hold that same mentality well into your 20's/30's?...40's?...thoughts?

Why? Besides the good ole... "i want to change the world/give back" response...
