Out of curiosity? How many of you are actually in the field might be a better question.

And as a follow on...am thinking of things analysts might be called upon to explain...the convexity adjustment springs to mind. Or even more broadly, when does a swap have vol?

So one of my broker's interns is going to try to eat all the items in the vending machine (pretty standard bet) in one hour. Market is apparntly 25/26 on # of items.

Another guy took down 60 chicken mcnuggets in under 15 minutes. That's impressive.

So, what're you going to do with all that cash?

There have been tons in the last few weeks. Some people with 20+ years at a firm, let go summarily in one day. Lots of people I know personally. That's the biz I guess.

How does yours work? I've seen everything from no matching, to 6% of what you contribute, to 5-6% of your comp.

And there's often a pension, usually with cliff vesting, of 1-5% on top of that.
