Newbury Piret & Co., Inc. is seeking to add to its highly experienced middle market investment banking team. Our activities include: mergers and acquisitions, private placements, recapitalizations, financial advisory services, and fairness opinions. Job Summary: Source and originate transactions. Establish close relationships with clients and deal sources. With team support, manage multiple M&A and/or other corporate finance engagements including structuring and executing solutions to complex transactional and finance issues. The ideal Investment Banker will act as strategic advisor to clients enabling them to achieve their long-term goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have a history of originating and managing transactions for a minimum of 5 years. Deep domain knowledge and specific technical expertise with public and private companies.
Track record of independent deal origination. High success rate in closing transactions. Strong relationships within the business and investment community. Industry vertical expertise a plus.
