Our client is one of the world’s leading investment firms, with over 70 offices in 30 countries.
The capital markets team is looking for candidates to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will focus specifically on the Insurance segment of financial services. The team is focused on originating new securities issues, advising on merger and acquisition transactions, capital management strategies and structured investment solutions for clients in the insurance sector.
Candidates for this position must have:
• Previous investment banking experience as an analyst or associate focused on either the financial institutions, and/or insurance sector
• An MBA from a top tier business school
• Excellent analytical/modeling skills
• Strong client management skills
Job requirements will include, among others:
• Preparing and delivering presentations,
• Performing extensive valuation and pricing analysis
• Financial statement modeling and analysis
• Supervising and developing analyst level bankers
• Playing key leadership roles in the transaction execution process
