What to do when you're significantly better than the other interns ?

Hi, curious to know if anybody here has been in an internship or job where you're significantly better than your coworkers? like better in terms of skills and experience. This is not to brag or anything, but sometimes I feel like by working with interns who are not as smart or hardworking as you, you almost feel like you're in the wrong job lol. Does it happen at at BBs and MBBs as well? where the experience level of the interns vary a lot. Thanks!

Yes, but I found I was measuring myself and them by my own standards, which I of course excelled at. People are always better at you than something, and if you want to succeed in the long run you need to be good at finding out what it is that they're better at and learning from them.

There's also a chance you're in a shitty environment, in which case you need to keep your head down and hustle through until you can get somewhere where you're the dumbest person in the room again.

The first thing I would do is pull my head out of my ass, if I were you.

Reading this makes me want to reach through my phone and choke you. Here’s why: Maybe you are that much better than the other interns you’re working with......however, I highly doubt it. If I caught any whiff of this self-important attitude coming from you and you were working on my team, you would be an automatic ding. Just to point out the obvious: You are an intern. This means you have accomplished absolutely nothing of importance in the working world as of yet. Learn a little humility and start hustling. One of the many issues with your attitude is that while you are sitting on your high horse thinking you are so much better than everyone, they’re probably focused on outworking you.
