Sell-side advisory for midsize MedTech firm
I am looking for sell-side advisors for my company, MedTech and expect to transact around $80-100M. Company is very strong in China. Would BBs be interested in working with me or is the transactin size too small? should I only contact MMs? I would appreciate recommendations for firms that have strong MedTech experience, and especially firms that have reach to work with PE firms and strategics in China given the value of our market share in the country. Would also appreciate resources to assist me in establishing evaluation criteria to decide which advisor will be the best fit.
