Heard some EBs are actively recruiting for full-time analysts so I would say probably not.
Can confirm, just started as a lateral Analyst 3 days ago at an EB.

Regardless of the rate (which isn't yet known), do your best and if you deserve an offer you'll get one. This isn't the GFC where full classes will be cut.

At my BB return rates are slated to be between 50-60%. You boys really gotta put on a show this summer to get that offer.
