There is no typical comp for boutiques. It could be street, above it, or below it.

I work at a boutique - and though my work is fairly untraditional - the VAST, VAST, VAST majority of my compensation is performance linked.
Don't worry about what others make - You're not going to jump ship anytime soon without hurting yourself. You're not them and knowing what they make will either discourage you from focussing on blowing people out of the water from the start. . . or it could light a fire under your ass. DO THE JOB AND THE MONEY WILL COME.
